As a military spouse, I have a deep understanding of the military lifestyle and the unique challenges that this can bring to individuals and families. My Experience
I am a skilled and experienced psychological therapist with 10 years’ experience working within NHS Talking Therapies services and private healthcare settings. I also have experience working as a recovery coordinator in substance misuse services, both within HM Prison Service and community settings.
I work with a wide range of mental health difficulties, including trauma, PTSD, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and anxiety disorders such as OCD and social anxiety. My therapeutic approach draws primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Alongside my clinical work, I also offer CBT supervision to qualified and trainee CBT therapists. I provide supportive, reflective, and collaborative supervision tailored to individual learning needs, clinical development, and professional wellbeing.
My Commitment to You
I pride myself on my intuitive, empathic, collaborative and non-judgemental approach. I aim to provide a space for clients to feel safe and empowered to make positive changes in their lives whilst working towards their own personal goals.
