We offer individual psychotherapy for a range of mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, stress and trauma. We also support clients who do not have to have a specific mental health problem, but who could benefit from support. In addition, we offer coaching services and mental wellbeing workshops.

Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET)
We will help you to process and make sense of traumatic experiences within the context of your life story, aiming to reduce trauma-related distress, strengthen identity, build resilience and support emotional healing.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
We will help you to develop psychological flexibility, learn to manage difficult thoughts and emotions more effectively, and reconnect with your values, aiming to support meaningful life changes, improve wellbeing and help you live a fuller and more balanced life.

Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)
We will help you to understand how relationships and life changes impact your emotional wellbeing, aiming to improve communication, strengthen relationships, reduce feelings of isolation and distress, and support you in developing healthier interpersonal connections.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
We will help you to develop emotional regulation skills, improve distress tolerance, strengthen relationships and build mindfulness skills, aiming to reduce overwhelming emotions and unhelpful behaviours, while increasing stability, confidence and overall wellbeing.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy
We will help you to understand and connect with different “parts” of yourself, aiming to reduce inner conflict, heal past wounds, increase self-compassion and promote internal balance and emotional wellbeing.

Fertility & Pregnancy
We will provide a safe and compassionate space to process experiences of infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma and postnatal distress, aiming to reduce feelings of grief, isolation, anxiety and trauma responses, while supporting emotional healing, adjustment and wellbeing during your perinatal journey.

Corporate Support
We will work with organisations to support staff wellbeing, resilience and performance, aiming to reduce stress and burnout, improve workplace culture, enhance psychological safety and promote healthier, more effective and sustainable working environments through tailored corporate wellbeing and mental health support.
