My Experience
I have over two decades of experience working within the NHS, primarily in Talking Therapies (formerly IAPT), delivering evidence-based psychological interventions in line with NICE guidelines.

My clinical work includes supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex PTSD, and perinatal mental health difficulties, including birth trauma and pregnancy loss.
I have extensive experience working with diverse populations, including military veterans, serving armed forces personnel, NHS staff, and individuals from a wide range of cultural and professional backgrounds.

Throughout my career, I have remained committed to ongoing professional development to ensure that the care I provide is evidence-based, informed, and delivered with compassion.

Clinical Supervision
In addition to my clinical work, I provide clinical supervision to both individuals and groups, creating a collaborative, reflective, and supportive supervisory environment that encourages professional growth and high standards of practice.

My Commitment to You
I am committed to offering a warm, safe, and emotionally secure therapeutic space where you can feel genuinely heard, valued, and supported. My integrative and personalised approach means that therapy is shaped around your individual needs and goals, rather than expecting you to fit into a single model of treatment. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, allowing for a flexible and responsive way of working that can adapt and evolve alongside you throughout the therapeutic process.
