My Experience
I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and experienced psychotherapist, currently completing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy. I have worked in mental health since 2010 across NHS, community, academic, research and private practice settings. My current clinical work includes working as a CBT and EMDR Therapist within private practice and at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, where I support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, panic, social anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, long-term health conditions and perinatal mental health difficulties.
I have also worked as a Psilocybin Research Therapist in clinical trials across different research facilities, including King’s College London’s Centre for Mental Health Research and Innovation. In this role, I have supported participants through preparation, dosing and integration sessions for a range of studies, including treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, anorexia and healthy volunteer research.
My earlier experience includes working across NHS, community and crisis-support settings, which has shaped my ability to support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm and complex life circumstances. I have also facilitated CBT, mindfulness, yoga and narrative-therapy-based groups, and have taught on a low-intensity CBT course at University College London.
My Commitment to You
Seeking therapy can feel daunting, and I aim to offer a warm, respectful and collaborative space where you can feel safe to explore what has brought you to therapy. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based and tailored to your individual needs.
Together, we will work to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for managing distress, and move towards the changes that feel meaningful to you. I will work at your pace, with curiosity, care and respect for your experiences, values and goals.
